The Chilean Australian Association (CASA), in partnership with LATAM Airlines as the main sponsor and with the support of the Consulate of Chile in Sydney, the Embassy of Chile in Australia, and our valued sponsors, proudly presents Chile Sentido, a unique event celebrating the richness and diversity of Chilean culture in Australia. From the 7th to the 10th of November 2024, Comber Street Studios in Paddington, Sydney, will be transformed into a space where art and emotion intertwine, creating a multisensory experience that deeply connects with the roots and sentiments of the Chilean diaspora.

Thanks to the generous support of LATAM Airlines, committed to strengthening the ties between Chile and Australia, this event will offer a full immersion in Chilean culture. LATAM has played a pivotal role in bringing this experience to life, making it more than just an exhibition: it’s a journey through the senses. Through sight, sound, taste, smell, and touch, renowned Chilean artists living in Australia will share their experiences, nostalgia, and the joys of life far from their homeland.
Chile Sentido invites you to explore and feel what it means to be a Chilean expatriate, offering a deep dive into art and culture through the lens of those who live and breathe the essence of Chile, even from afar.

Day of the Chilean Fauna Workshop
On Saturday, November 9th, from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM, join us for the "Day of the Chilean Fauna: Build Your Own Paper Animal" workshop. Dive into the vibrant world of Chile’s iconic fauna as we explore the chinchilla, chucao, humpback whale, and Darwin's frog. This hands-on experience, designed by Eggpicnic and led by Polly Cevallos, founder of the Jane Goodall Institute Australia, invites participants to learn about these unique animals' habitats and behaviors while crafting their very own paper creations.

All materials will be provided, ensuring a fun and educational experience for all ages. Discover the beauty of Chile's wildlife, unleash your creativity, and connect with nature through art. Join us for a day of creativity, learning, and connection!
